After products leave our facility, they are passed to our shipping partners and we are not responsible for damage or products lost in transit.

Shipping policy
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been successfully placed. Your order contains all natural ingredients, so please retrieve your package from outside as soon as possible once you've received your delivery confirmation. If necessary, place in the fridge upon opening to firm up the product and retain it's texture. Please note that any slight melting of the product will not diminish its nourishing properties in any way.

If your whipped shea butter arrives frozen, simply allow it to thaw. It will return to its original consistency. 

Hot climate shipping notes
Please note that during summer hot weather months, orders are only shipped Mondays-Wednesdays to prevent excessive exposure to heat during transit. Orders are shipped using thermal cooling methods to best maintain imperfected's whipped texture, so please retrieve your package from any outside heat as soon as possible once you've received your delivery confirmation. As mentioned above, if necessary, place in the fridge upon opening to firm up the product and retain it's texture.
